Feeling emptiness

Feeling emptiness is called depression. When you start feeling negative continuously, and loose self control, then depression exist. You need to manage it through yoga, pranayam and meditation.

Don't do Yoga because Bible doesn't say

I am not going to identify the individual name but some of Cristian believes that Yoga is purely a Hindu practice. And some of Cristian followers also believe that Hindu's Master are cheating to mass.We Christians are not expected to believe or practice anything which is not mentioned or recommended in the Bible. Don't do Yoga because Bible doesn't say it is needed for the Christians.
As my opinion, I have no any single word to say that they are but I can say only that they have no any idea about yoga and meditation philosophy. In yoga, great seers had written'' how to live a perfect way of life''. Americans are very clever, they know perfectly what is good and bad for them, they are well literate and well educated, so not need to oppose it. They know that yoga nothing to do with Hindu religion. It suggest only a technique for self development. If you do yoga it doesn't mean that you will start hating to your own religion or god. Even yoga can help you to focus on your god.

NUDE YOGA: Feel the Liberation


I got a call from Shruti reporter ''LONDON TIMES'' today. She asked me about NUDE YOGA which is being popular in American Play Boy. What about your views?
I replied: Actually you can earn money through yoga meditation. There is no problem to earn money through any profession. If anybody earn money through yoga asana in positive way, then I will be very happy to support them . But if you try to earn money by negative propaganda, then it is not good. If you try to mold your traditional thing, then it is totally wrong. Our attitude should be in right direction. I know, you can earn money very fast by this way but you can also earn money through way.........

Don't do Yoga

अमेरिकेन पादरी का कहना है योगा शैतानी प्रवित्ति पैदा करता है, क्रिस्चियन को इसे नहीं करना चाहिए.
सत्य तो ये है कि पादरी महोदय एक भोले व्यक्ति हैं जिन्हें न तो विज्ञानं का और न ही अध्यात्म का ज्ञान है. धार्मिक जड़ता से परेशान हैं . योग तो एक अधत्मिक विज्ञानं है जिसका धर्म से कोई लेना देना नहीं है. और यदि धर्म से लेना देना भी होता तो अच्छी चीजों को ग्रहण करने में भला क्या बुराई.
Head Lines Today ने मेरा interview लिया जिसमे मेरा यही कहना था कि क्रिस्चियन समाज इतना शिक्षित समाज है कि इन कट्टर लोगों से प्रभावित होने वाले नहीं हैं.

CAUSES OF OVER CROWDED THOUGHTS


A lot of crowded thoughts into our mind through the senses which perceive the out side world. These 'viruses’ are- kam (lust or desire) krodh (anger), mad (arrogance) moh (attachment) lobh (greed). These five elements, which are discussed in the Upanishads, give rise to many vices.
These are some factors which I have noticed lead to excessive stress.

An over desirous mind.

Excessive and negative competitiveness.
·
Over Attachment to material things and negative emotions.
·
Over Consciousness about illness (hypochondraicm).
·
Lust and Greediness.
·
Anger and hostility.
·
Loneliness.

Conflicting Thoughts

If 100 people rushed into a small room, no one can move. The same thing applies to our mind with it’s over crowed thoughts. First let’s clear the over crowed mind with its conflicting thoughts, which is rather like a computer that has gone into overdrive with too much unnecessary information.

SHALABH ASANA: Dislocated Navel

This asana is very suitable pose for balancing dislocated navel. I got very good result through this exercise for last 15 year. Even acute dislocation of navel can be handled by this asana. This asana also activate bowel movement. So you can practice.

Lie down on your stomach; rest your chin on your down turned hands. Your spine should be straight. Forehead should be relaxed. In this position, take a deep breath and while inhaling, raise your right leg straight as easily as you can .Hold it in this position while holding the breath .Now bring the leg down, slowly exhaling at the same speed.

Repeat the same with the left leg. And after that do this with both legs. Repeat 10 times with each leg and 5 times with both legs.

Purpose-

To strengthen lumbar region.

Coordination of disc and vertebrae.

To bring the navel in alignment.

Checkpoint

While lifting the leg there should be a strain in the navel region .At this point keep inhaling slowly in tandem with the speed of the leg that is being lifted.

At that moment breath should feel normal .If you have an acute back problem then don’t do this exercise with both legs for some time.

Do not turn your neck side ways during exercise.

Repetition: repeat 10 times.

HOW TO BALANCE DISLOCATED NAVEL

According to yogic science there are nine main opening centers in the body, called chakra. Among these centers, manipur or navel chakras plays great role in the human body. It is placed at navel portion. The network of all the main nerves of the body get accumulated at three places, they are brain, heart and navel. As per some experts navel is also known as the second brain of our body. It plays an important role for circulating, development and circulation of the human body.
In the yoga science at the end of human being (death), heart stops beating immediately but the vital energy of navel alive five to six minute even after death. . If an experienced person is able to establish contact between vital life energy of navel and heart then there is a chance of saving one’s life.
If the navel is dislocated, the person looses the natural energy of the body and mind. Production of semen reduces very fast during unhealthy navel. Impotency may come due to this dislocated navel.
CAUSE OF NAVEL SHIFTING (DISLOCATION)
I have seen in my experience that major cause of navel shifting is; excess vata and emotional stress. If vata is imbalanced in the body then navel will be shifted and unmanageable stress.
WHEN NAVEL SHIFTS TOWARDS LEFT HIP:
The person complains of pain and tension on the right upper side of the body and this could affect the liver, gall bladder, abdomen and right kidney. Sometimes the person also complains of pain in lumbar region (waist part) or left leg.
WHEN NAVEL SHIFTS TOWARDS LEFT SIDE:
It affects the right side of the body. It causes stiffness in kidneys, intestines along with pain.
WHEN NAVEL SHIFTS TOWARDS LEFT SIDE:
It causes pain, tension and stiffness in the right lower part of the body. It affects the pancreas, spleen and left kidney. It could also lead to menstrual disorders in women.
When navel shifts towards right side: It causes pain and tension on the lower side of the body. It affects liver, gall bladder, and left kidney along with intestinal problems.
YOGIC CURE
Navel can be corrected with Yoga practice also. Practice Shalabh Asana, Purna Shalabh Asana, Dhanur Asana, Boat Pose, Tada Asana and Matsy Asana to maintain the correct position of navel. Uttanapadasana: Lie down and relax the body. Raise the legs up to 30, 45 and 60 degrees in three instances. Breathe in while going up and breath out while coming down. Do not bend the legs at knees, stretch out the toes completely. This can be done with one leg at a time or both legs simultaneously. Dhanurasana: Lie down on stomach and hold the ankles with both hands. The shape of the body in this position looks like a bow, hence the name Dhanurasana. Sometimes this asana is also done sitting in Vajrasana and bending backwards to hold the ankles. Do Poorak and raise the navel area. Then raise the legs and hands up to one foot. Raise the chest and head forwards. Bring down the hands and legs when you want to breath in. Sit straight and stretch the legs. Bend the right leg and place it on the left knee. Try to touch the floor with right knee, repeat it at least five times but do not do in excess. Similarly repeat it with the left knee. This exercise is useful for balancing the navel.
